Supported living for adults with learning and or physical disabilities across Sandwell.

The service supports people in more than 35 individualised properties across the borough, with care plans tailored to the person’s needs and goals. Support can range from a small number of hours per day to 24-hour support. Referrals can be made through social services or direct payments.
