Support for people in Sandwell living with mild to moderate dementia and for family carers.

Agewell CIC runs social groups for peer support and engagement, home activity packs for some people with more progressed dementia, and a dementia café for the wider dementia community. Self-referrals and referrals from community organisations and social care professionals are accepted.
